Early On

Early On® is Michigan's name for early intervention services. The goal of Early On® is to help each child reach his or her fullest potential. Early On® provides services for children under the age of three and their families, regardless of income, who have special needs or delays in development in any of these areas:

Large & small muscle skills Social/Emotional skills Physical development Self-Help skills Learning skills Hearing Speech Vision

Your school district now has an Early On® Service Coordinator on site. If you have more questions about Early On® or are interested in having a developmental evaluation completed on your child, please call the Early On® office at (810) 591-4947 or you can call your local coordinator, housed at the Pumpkin Patch, Jessica Funch, at (810) 591-3519.

If you think your child's growth or learning is slower than other children the same age, the sooner you check it out the better.
